Returns

Jewelry: If the item is still the same exact quality as we shipped it to you, then you may send the product back and receive a full refund

Hair: If the hair has been cut, dyed, washed, straightened, or any product has been put in the hair. You may not return it. If the hair is exactly the same as when we shipped it to you, you may send the hair back and receive a full refund
